ESPN just broke the news that the Vikings have a deal in place that sends Percy to the Seahawks.

I love that team.

And I'm breaking it to you right about now. Done deal too.

The Seahawks will send their first and seventh round pick this year, as well as a mid-round pick next year.

i'd give them Revis for Vernon Davis and Mario Manningham so we could have some threats on offense

LOL. Seriously though. When people were speculating at first I wasn't that wild about it, cause we have a lot of great young players like Sherman, Thomas, Wilson, etc playing on very low salaries now that we'll have to pay in a few years, so I didn't want to get a bunch tied up in someone when our WR core is decent as is. But once I heard it was finalized I got pretty stoked, never really paid much attention to Harvin honestly, but by all accounts the guy is a force. I knew he was good but didn't realize he was having an MVP caliber season last year before the injury.

Since I live in MN, I heard it on the morning radio from the Vikings play by play guy, but he thought the deal wouldn't be done until tomorrow and he was saying that only if Seattle gave a first round pick. While by noon MN time the news was official and it was a first round pick. Now rumor up here is they are going to use their picks to try and get Larry Fitzgerald. Not sure how that will go, but MN radio always leaks stuff before it happens. The worst was the Brett Favre era. I am not a Vikings fan, so at least back then I could change it to the national radio station with Jim Rome, Dan Patrick and the Loose Cannons, but now those programs are all gone because Clear Channel got rid of the national station and now we only have local team news. Well I guess on days like today, it's cool because now everyone in Minnesota is talking about "good riddance" but once Percy puts up MVP like numbers in Seattle then you'll hear MN fans talk shit on the Vikings. I really, really hate MN fans, so damn fair weather.

They are not getting Mike Wallace. I don't see anyway Wallace wants to come to MN. We are going to play in an open air stadium and rumor is the Viks owner wants to have a retractable roof to play all Vikings games outdoors once the new stadium is being built. Minneapolis is colder than Green Bay.

Thing about it is the Seahawks and 49ers is that it's now or never. Half these kids on both rosters are going to be cashing out in the next two-three years.
