Royalties for what? Coconut Juice? I'm surprised they didn't drop him after that first album flopped so hard.

lol Rack City got crazy spins when it came out and is double platinum, he could have made millions just off of that song.

Millions off of ONE song?  Not when that ONE song went double platinum, unless he gets all $1.29 of that iTunes charge per download without anyone else getting a cut while reaping all of the money for when it gets played on the air.

All those YMCMB deals are complete bullshit. Wayne & Birdman collect off all their work & barely throw anything back out. Even Drake gets nailed by their robbery.

Drake's estimated net worth is around $30 million, and I doubt the Sprite money or Degrassi money accounts for a big chunk of that.  I really don't think they're doing him wrong.

I may be wrong but net worth doesn't equate net income.

It's more or less a representation of what everything you have to your name might be worth. Income, property, assets, endorsements, etc. Not necessarily liquid funds.

Doesn't necessarily mean shit. Remember how big "Pump it Up" was? Shit was in a commercial, played at every spot event, movies, you name it - Joey was still broke. Or Houston had "I Like That" in a movie and a McDonalds commercial and again he was broke.

These rappers front their lifestyles. Look at how much Bow Wow (another CMR artist) said he has in the bank. Average forum members have more than that guy.

People are misreading the fuck out of this. He's not even complaining he's just answering a question a reporter asked him.
