Not disrespecting any city but eminem is actually born in missouri, near kc but reps dietroit.  Xzibit[reps the west], Royce, ICP, Trick Trick, D-12, Kuniva's retribution mixtape is very good. 
St. Louis got Nelly, Chingy[although many hate him], St. Lunatics, Ebony Eyez.  Mention Huey & J-Kwon if you wish. 
Chicago has Kanye, Rhymefest, Common, Da Brat, Twista, Do or Die.
KC-Tech N9ne & the artists he collaborates with.  Haven't listened to any music in a long time. 
Those 4 cities are the best.  All Cleveland got is Bone Thugs & Ray Cash.  And bone thugs fell off about 6 years ago.
