Nice to see the rappers we looked up to as kids staying healthy and in shape as they get into their 40's and 50's. My favorite album of the last 10 years was Sticman's "The Workout" album. I think a lot of the 90's rappers are really big into fitness now. Dre and Eminem are cut and big into fitness these days.

...Don't know what's up with Daz and why he let himself go. Dude was always a skinny homie back in the Dogg Food days. And then you got Kurupt looking really frail and too skinny.

2 yrs ago he was in the hospital....he was sufferin from diverticulitis...so he been stickin to a low fiber...broth n juice diet...if u eat healthy n cut shit off like mack did...u will lose the weight big time..

He looks good. Lost weight, looks down to earth and someone I can support. Even his T-Shirt, Flip flops and socks - all looking good. At least he ain't trying to look like an overly decorated cheerleader.
