Spice 1's Spice 1 was advanced musically and rapwise for its time, shit sounds like a 94 release already, Ant Banks and EA Ski & CMT were defining the bay sound. and spice was hungry on the mic to me he dropped his best verses on that album, like on welcome to the ghetto.

187 he wrote was Spice's most hardcore album, it sounds rougher and grimier than his debut, the murder show is a masterpiece.

but Amerikkkaz Nightmare is the album I bumped the most, the production on that album is flawless and G-Man Stan added his guitars on songs like "a nigga is singin the blues" or "tell me what that mail like". I could play face of a desperate man all day everyday lol.

1990 Sick is excellent as well but not in the same category as the first three, and black bossalini has some dope cuts like 510 213 or the  Paris produced songs which were originally used by the Carson-Long Beach group The D.E.E.P. (their album parlayin' is a gem)

agreed, but I'd say for me it's more interchangeable with his second and third

all of these albums get at least 4/5 from me even Immortalized

You said it right.  Spice 1's first album was a masterpiece and still sounds good.  His style was original and had great production.  His second album kicked off more of a hard vibe but he pulled it off with another solid production.  Third album was good, but after that he seem to lose his touch.

I remember bumping Spice 1 (first album) with my Kickers subs and amps.  We are talking in 1995.  That was thumping hard back then.

Stan the guitar man made a classic with Spice 1 (Nigga is Singing the Blues).  Did you ever notice there is a difference from the album version and his on Jason's Lyric?  The Jason's Lyric soundtrack's sounded better to me.  I'd have to listen to them again to point out the difference.
