Does DJ Quik Ever Read the DubCC Forum?

We know that some West Coast legends like Shade Sheist, Daz Dillinger, and Soopafly read these forums and post on them occasionally. Does anyone know if Quik ever reads the posts here? Someone should tell him that he ought to. I don't think any artist gets more love on this forum than DJ Quik. This is the one place where he gets the proper recognition and evaluation that he deserves.

I noticed that Quik has been real active on Twitter lately, even tweeting responses at fans. Somebody should tell him that he'll find his fans saying way more interesting shit about him here than on Twitter.

They should read this site.. because we are their true fans (even though some of you like to diss your favorite artists which isn't cool).   We are still reppin for them all these years like 20 years we been following their careers.  We know their songs probably better than they know their own songs.   So I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them check this site, because it's like no where else on the net

it's a nice thought but really who knows? i get the impression that quik would take/takes a lot of the discussion about him the wrong way. truth is as the OP says, dude gets mad love on here. you get people here and there that recognise the genius but there's a high concentration on dubcc.

there's that line on book of david 'stop comparing me to dre, before i come through with the scope on the K' sounds pretty pissed off to me. and it's not like there's a shortage of discussions on that topic

I asked him this question only last month when I seen him after his concert here with Kurupt. He never heard of it before. Then we both laughed HARD!. He mentioned something about Chris Shephard or Nino Brown, said he was a fake and shitty marketing/email/website guy cause he had so many fake names, like Scott C Shephard. Quiks not silly either. We laughed hard again.

Actually, you may recall my thread about Problem's line "The goal's to be Dr. Dre, not DJ Quik," where I said that Quik is much better than Dre and many people agreed with me there. The goal for a young rapper should be to be the dopest nigga, not the richest nigga.

LMAOOO.  Calm down child.  If an artist doesn't come on to this forum because they might not like what they here, then they are in the wrong profession. 

I guess I'll be a buster then because I would hardly call either of those two artists Westcoast Legends.  My question is a legitimate question.
