I got just as many Quik cds as i do Eminem cds. I like both but IMO Eminem is FAR better than Quik on the mic. But dj Quik is dope as fuck. I think that BOTH of them have some pretty disappointing albums. I mean albums that are inconsistent.
I slept on Quik back in the day but i have every album of his apart from his first two. I think since balance and options his albums haven't been all that great.
But Em's the same, some great albums some not so great.
I loved Quiks production on Snoops NL top dog album!
I actually prefer Quiks style and have prolly listened to him more than EM(but Ems first 2 albums and first d-12 are classics) but Em would leave Quik embarrassed and crying if they had a rap battle. If you were talking about Crooked i or Chino XL then this thread would be a good debate.
But yeah not sure why i posted a THIRD time in a stupid thread. I must be bored!..
