It's from 2003. You can see Goldie Loc with that Star Trak shirt on. "Clones" came out in 2003.

That makes sense... when Down was rapping in Spanish, he mentioned "Colonia" (the hood he's from in Oxnard), but it seems like after he made some noise with Lean like a Cholo, he was just working the LA connection and rarely mentioned Oxnard.
