I remember reading something on here a while back about how someone was going after him in court for some money owed (something like $100,000 or so), but Mack 10 didn't show up in court, which means that he loses by default and is on the hook for the money.  I'm sure he's hurting a bit after that, since it's not like his career put millions in his account, and it's likely that he didn't do any serious financial planning to secure his future.
