Alright this song has been out for a while but it's still pretty popular and I know some folks on here like Juicy J/Three-6 Mafia so I thought this song would be somewhat worthy of discussion.

Like most Katy Perry songs, I think this is absolute dogshit.
The song itself is primarily about how Katy Perry thinks she's an underdog/a longshot to be in a relationship with somebody. Right off the bat that shit's kray kray since she's Katy fucking Perry. The talentless hack who can't sing for shit (seriously, her live/a capella performances are the worst) but has huge tits and millions upon millions of dollars.
Plus the rest of the song is her warning you that she's a psychotic bitch.

Look at that, Katy refers to herself as a perfect storm. Give her an A for honesty.

At some point in the song Katy Perry mentions something about wanting to be turned into somebody's Aphrodite. Aphrodite was the Greek Goddess of love, beauty, sexuality, procreation and pleasure. Aphrodite was forced to marry Hephaestus who was so ugly that his own mother casted him off Olympus, which led to her being so unhappy with her marriage that she cheated on Hephaestus.

So Katy's basically telling whoever she's singing this song to that she thinks they're a guy who's so ugly that their own momma doesn't even love them and will make her so unhappy that she'll cheat on him and fuck other dudes. And based on the man she's married to, that sounds about right I wouldn't put it passed her.

So yeah, I think this song sucks and it's lyrics are horrible but feel free to voice your own opinions on it.

I'm not too surprised considering how the biggest hit of the year last year was Lorde's Royals (which I think the beat here is kinda ripping off/trying to copy).

after one listen to this song i agree.  not gonna lie, i skipped past the half of the singing but if there was a 2nd verse on this it'd be worth downloading.
