Went back and listened to "U Ain't Fresh", I forgot about that song.  Pretty weak diss track if you ask me.

But anyway it worked out well for quik dissin dre last time.  Because then Dre appears on Quiks next album with a banger... so go figure... it was that joint that was also on training day

I think he's trying to imply that that guy who says "...But Dr. Dre" is either Quik's voice or someone imitating Quik.  I think he's reaching and I'm pretty sure Quik and Dre had started working together by this point.
