Questions about Tha Chill's unreleased project (early 2000's)

Tha Chill had an album scheduled for like 2002 or 2003, there were a few snippets floating on the internet at the time, but the album was never released.

I remember one specific snippet which I liked a lot, it went like this "sounds like dr dre, nas & jigga, big and even got a little 2pac in ya", can't remember the exact line but I remember the song sampled Freddie Jackson's Love is just a touch away. the chorus was something like "we're getting paid to steal and nothing changed, Compton, Long Beach Watts LA" imitating Freddie Jackson's song.

anybody else remembers that ? if yes, has the song been released on any project since ? or leaked ? thanks a lot
