If it's so obviously Pac on the U Can Be Touched original version, why would the Outlawz NOT release his verse on Still I Rise? That makes no sense, considering that more verses from Pac are bound to increase sales and improve the album's quality. The idea that the verse was written for Napoleon seems bogus to me, since the OG version has "needing a father" and Napoleon's version has "needing my parents," which makes sense, since Napoleon's parents were murdered. If Pac were writing for Napoleon the way he wrote for Hammer or Snoop Dogg, he would adopt their characters and not rap as though he were talking about his own life ("needing a father").

Like I said, I'm on the fence on the matter. The line "five fingers on the forty-five chrome" sounds like it has a little bit of Realest's southern twang and slightly deeper voice. playa cards right male, where u been and u can be touched are examples of DAT errors on songs. The realest put vocals on this track, confirmed by producer D harp. anyone who cant accept that fact needs their ears cleaned. lol.its more common than people think.I've heard that interview you did with Darryl Harper and never did he told specifically Tha Realest is rapping on "U Can Be Touched" - if he did that verse, it would be his greatest 2Pac impersonation EVER and never did he came close to that level, even tho he tried hard.If his vocals were featured on that track you could tell, just like they were on that "clean versions" of "Life Goes On" + "Troublesome '98" and people noticed it right away.

Jmix, perhaps you could ask Napoleon what the deal with this song was in your next interview with him?
