The album came out yesterday! What do y'all think about it?
So far after a few listens I think it's coo but too mainstream and r&bish for me

It's pretty good, too R&B for me too but I wasn't expecting nothing different.
After a quick listen, favorite tracks: Saved (always on repeat), LA and Miracle/Wherever.

after one listen, it's cool but a bit all over the place. i always thought Ty Dolla $ign's song lacked structure and i don't really like how he tweaks his voice. That being said the production is solid it's just I was hoping he'd do something different with them.

I like it. Had it preordered so soon as the clock struck midnight on the East Coast (9pm my time west coast) I was able to download it. I think it's a good ass album. Yes it's a little mainstream, but being his debut album & his popularity, I didn't expect anything less. He pulls off the mainstream efforts still keeping it Ty though. He keep his guests in the pocket & doesn't let them dominate. I like it, worth my $$$. If I wanna , his more gutter shit, he gave us a few free mixtapes like Airplane Mode & $ign Language I can bang.

i think whether it's mainstream or not is not really relevant, what I didn't really like about the album is how the finished product sound, it sounds half assed to me, there's a very obvious lack of structure in each songs that leave me wanting more and disappointed. there are some dope ass r&b bridges and you can tell Terrace is involved in a few songs but there's always something missing. but who know, maybe it'll grow on me.

i'm not particularly a ty$ fan, and not a fan of ratchet music in general, but there's some really solid production on this album.  i agree with one of posts above, i'm not really feeling how he processes his vocal sometimes.  i think his natural voice sounds way better than when it's auto-tune-ish/future-ish.  "horses in the stable" is probably my favorite joint along with "saved."

that beat sounds way too generic, e40 saved it wit that verse
