Just heard the album SUCH A BIG PILE OF SOUTH SOUNDING SHIT WITH DAZ SCREAMING! LIKE HIS GETTING RAPED. only decent song is the mc eiht and spice 1 verse and even that song the chorus is autotune garbage.

The Eiht & Spice 1 song is terrible, that's a failed attempt at reliving their glory days, the beat is as cliché as the lyrics, "the west is the best, palm trees while smoking trees" bullshit. it doesn't sound remotely good, it's not melodic, it's commonplace, forced and uninspired. One of the worst songs of the project, easily. It doesn't have to sound south to sound like shit. 1.5/5

There's actually a fair share of laid back sounding, dope songs.

We Rid'n We Roll'n (feat. Onra) is a dope song, although I already knew the song. 4/5

 The Young bleed song is dope as hell too (I suppose Daz produced it since he doesn't rap on it). 4/5

Tree'z & Airplane'z sounds actually quite good. 3.5/5

Blue Bugatti. 3/5 Typical laid back LBC sound. The hook is kinda annoying, but decent song and dope beat.


The rest of the compilation is not very appealing, south inspired as you said. But still, that's a good third of the compilation with a definite westcoast, smooth appeal. Not that bad if you ask me, especially for Daz's standards in 2015.
