This story has less to do Shade and more to do with the interviewer who transcribed it. It turns out that this was not an official Baby Ree Press Release, but a transcript of a radio interview conducted at the "Malibu's Most Wanted" premiere. As it seems, the interviewer added some of his own statements, and those of other artists he interviewed that evening and placed them all under a heading: 'Official BR Press Release.' I am in the process of getting some kind of confirmation from Baby Ree, hopefully the original audio of the interview. I should've waited to confirm the integrity of the story before posting (as I usually do) but I didn't think twice because of the heading. You all seem a bit too eager to criticize Shade Sheist, and half of you don't even know what you are talking about. Relying on hearsay as I did in this case, makes you sound very ignorant. Everyone calm down. I will post any information regarding this subject as soon as I receive it.

dawg as a eminem fan, if u dont see that eminem is highly influenced by 2pac, then im worried for ya.......but personally i dont see whats wrong with being influenced by 2pac. his a legend

Shade is acting stupid. HEs prob. gonna get at em just like benzino did. And its only for attention and to push his record sales up(shade's last album floped big time)...If eminem wants his record to be played on Power he should be smart enough and don't even respond cuz u know damizza aint gonna play someones record if he has a problem wit them. Now it seems that if you say 2Pac's name...you're on his nuts, you remake one of his songs...you're biting him, you flip one of his lines...you're a biter. Ja Rule, okay, that little rant on the radio about seeing Pac come back and his new video put him in the dickrider category but 50 Cent, Eminem, Jay-Z, etc are not biting 2Pac.

By the theory people like Shade Sheist use I can say that Snoop Dogg is a Juice Crew biter. He bit "Vapors" & "The Symphony" and is obviously influenced by Big Daddy Kane.

I like Shade Sheist as a business-man and Damizza is one of the most promising producers on the coast, but Shade is taking way too much water over his head here..

He acts like he's the big saviour of Westcoast hiphop, when he even admits himself that most people isn't feeling him, nor his style -->> "A lot of folks hate me and my style"
Maybe there's a reason for that Shade ??

And to say that Eminem is obsessed by Pac is ridiculous..
"Hit em up".. true, that was a remake, but even the gulliest of fools understand that they remade "Hail Mary" to piss Ja Rule's biting ass off.

And let's be honest.. Em's flow & style is totally different from Pac's.. you dont need to know much about rap to do that.
Besides, Pac didn't do beats, and Em's beats sounds nothing at all like Johnny J's beats or his other producers..

Maybe there's a good reason why Eminem wont answer Shade/Damizza - maybe Em's afraid that Damizza is goona whoop his ass next time they meet..
Damizza could probably knock Eminem out, but in a battle.. I think we all know that Eminem would play cat & mouse with both Damizza & Sheist at the same time...

I cant stand Eminem's music but he has lyrical skills, I like his old stuff before he got signed. but as for Shade Shiest he is a shit on the mic, the only reason he gets play on 106 is Damazza works there. he sold what? 10 thousand records, nigga please! Even Timbaland couldnt help his sorry ass sell records. I dont wanna see Eminem diss him, thats a waste of studio time, a waste of beats, a waste of words.
