That's Daz's son on the left playing Daz. He was supposed to be in Daz's "DPG 4 Life" movie before it got shut down.
Don't know who that is playing Snoop, there's a photo from the "2 Of Amerika'z..." table scene that he is in with Demitrius Shipp Jr. (The guy playing 'Pac) and he looks nothing like Snoop
