that's the definition of Tha Doggfather album (No Hit/No Filler)

Literally his best album, and one of best gangster albums ever made

Are you saying you like "Tha Doggfather" more than "Doggystyle"?

it might have to do with which album you heard first and when you became a fan of the artist

when "Doggystyle" came out I was just about to turn 12 in December so I was old enough to enjoy it in fact I went with my older cousin to buy it the day of release and was lucky to get the version with "G'z Up Hoez Down"...I really got into hip hop that year as well spring of '93

my other cousin who is a few years younger prefers "Tha Doggfather" over just about any album ever made lol

I’m the younger cousin. lol that’s how I got into hip hop. My older cousin was 10 years older and he bought all those albums I would sneak into his room and listen to all those classic albums. I was blown away by “the doctors office” on the chronic  ;D

If you want to listen to gangster rap, and Snoop in his prime, Doggfather is the go to album

Snoop's prime was from '92 to '95. And I really love "Tha Doggfather" too, but it's nothing compared to "Doggystyle".
