Tha alamanac is wrong,   japan hasn't been allowed to have a large military since ww2,  they have a few for protection but Japan's police force is army like,  they have tanks an stuff any other army would have but technically they aren't allowed to have a large military

iM pretty much surprised that Russia is in the 3rd place. Around here, joining an Army is considered the most stupid thing, just a waste of 2-yeras time. Moreover, young soldiers are being sent to Chechnya and other war spots, so nobody wants to die over bullshit. I cant get how we're on the 3rd place with such an unwilling army.
