Who is Young De?

Demrick aka Young De. He got his start in Philly years back. Kurupt encouraged him to go to Cali and hooked him up with B-Real, then eventually Xzibit. The 3 of them are the Serial Killers and Demrick is Xzibit's hypeman. He's a good dude. A true spitter, stays on the grind and releases a ton of music.

I think he's only had 1, maybe 2 "official" releases. Most of his stuff are collabs, compilations, appearances and singles.

He has 4 releases with DJ Hoppa - Stoney Point. Lotsa cool shit to check out for sure.

He just toured with Locksmith and Jarren Benton.

Bumped Napalm & Summer of Sam today in preparation.

Napalm was a solid release, little uneven. Crazy features though. Think my favorite joints are State of Hip-hop vs Xzibit, Louis XIII, Movies & I Came to Kill.

Summer of Sam is so good too. Probably the best Serial Killers release. A little overdone on COVID subject matter, but a great project.

Yeah, he's looking rough in the video.  He looked way better in the official videos for his singles.  Either he put on weight real fast recently, or they edited those videos well to hide it.

That being said, I know X is 50, but, god damn, I'm 42 and if I look like that in 8 years, I'm going on a serious diet.
