If your goal is to gain exposure in North America you should probably focus on your production and try to get your beats into the ears of up and coming west coast rappers, you can usually reach out to their management via social media to send beats. Or reach out to old school rappers that are still active but are easier to reach out to, think a situation like Brenk Sinatra and MC Eiht for example.
