R.I.P. Gift of Gab (Blackalicious)

Gift of Gab passed away yesterday...50 years old.   I believe he had kidney problems for many years...


Man, he was a brilliant artist.    His entire 4th Dimensional Rocketships album is incredible, not to mention his work with Blackalicious.


How anyone could hear Make You Feel that Way and not fall into a state of hiphop/summertime bliss is beyond me.

Any other Gift of Gab fans here?
