I agree to a certain extent, doggystyle is productionwise one of the greatest albums ever; next to thriller, superfly, trouble man, kind of blue. But content wise it is teenage music. you can not really listen to it as a father with young kids. Dogg food is a little more serious gansterswag for in your twenties and thirties. The problem is with hiphop is that it does not mature content wise. Eastsiders still talk gangbang. Which is acceptable because its their life. But come on Dre should talk about his businesses and snoop as well; but please do it on dope beats and not on music that is chaotic and hardly listenable like Compton and almost everything Kendrick Lamar has dropped.

The secret of good production is to keep it simple. Which is Dre’s biggest talent.

Not. I was too young. but afterthat, till this day i bumpd more dogg food than doggystle. And a I know that doogg food wasnt snoops album, i just compare it to, becouse off timeline, and fact that was a snoops crew.

I know impect off the album at that time. Just like games documentary, wery good album but not that good.

I have hopes after the Marsha album that it will be incredibly well produced. But I am a little concerned from the people saying repeatedly it sounds different, Hed's reaction wasn't great and I just pray to God it doesn't sound like I Need a Doctor.

Full albums produced by Dre do not disappoint so far, so let's see.

So far in 2024, he has put new money (no matter how small or big) in these artists pocket:

Dogg Pound new album, which included Lady of Rage & RBX, released on the label.

Tray Deee & Goldie Loc new Ep on the label

Doing music with Danny Boy and releasing it on the label.

Top it off with getting with Dr Dre to produce his whole album, exactly how they kicked off the label in 1991/1992

I hope the artists can now be proactive, match his work ethic and capitalise on the new opportunity.
