give me those “dated” drums over these super crisp, thin sounding new age mixes we hearing ala “gorgeous”live music has a thicker consistency to it.. it’s also why vinyl sounds so much more authentic than digital
I don’t understand people complaining in here? Those snippets all sound extremely fire. The Jelly Roll track and the Sting sample both sound dope as fuck and both like they could be huge hit records. Snoop sounds better than he has almost ever on these previews as well. Wtf is going on in here ??
Anyone have another way to hear the snippets? All I get ita blank picture on those posts. I especially want to hear that thank you snippet. Anyone know what project that is for? Thanks
I think Dre & Snoop missed a real opportunity not having Anderson Paak on the album especially if they're going for a more mature sound because AP can bring that with a more old school feeling. ETA was a good example of that and with these new track off Cordae's album which Anderson kills.
I feel like I'm using a Netscape browser every time I come to this site. I doesn't appear to have been updated since 2017.
Also to the puppets that keep saying … “they older now, they not making gangsta music, grow up” etc etcSTFUWith tracks entitled ‘Gunz N Smoke’ & ‘Gangsta Pose’ don’t really look like it’s not supposed to appeal to the fans who like gangsta shit! And if it’s too 90’s for you here in 2024… go cry on social media cause you at the wrong place.
So what did I miss? Sccit hollered at me about the album, but why?The album hasn't dropped, and all you guys are doing on here is complaining about the two songs that were released. Also, when I searched for the "new Snoop songs" all I got were a bunch of those fan made youtube joints. So am I missing anything? If I'm missing something then let me know. If not, then wake me up when the album releases to ITunes. (I will give it a chance on the strength of Snoop coming to his dog senses and supporting Trump and the possibility that Dre throwing up devil horns since 2020' doesn't mean he sold his soul, and the Marsha album was not an indication that he doesn't have it anymore)
Not exactly my cup of tea, but Snoop and Dre have two potentialmassive hits on their hands with the Sting and Jelly Roll songs. If there’s two things the average music fan likes right now, it’s lazy 80’s/90s remakes and Jelly Roll
