yes, he did some of dre’s best stuff. xxplosive is one which he did that kanye credits for influencing his career..here’s a couple tracks we did wit glove:https://rbxthenarrator.bandcamp.com/track/regrets
Xxplosive too? Whoa. I know he did Stranded on Deathrow as well. And I’ve spun those songs you did with him numerous times fo sho. Dust in the Wind is a masterpiece front to back. And The Glove helped on Regrets? That’s my favourite track on the RBX album (how come it’s off Spotify?!)- I just bought on Bandcamp (which I’ve never used before)
That’s so dope you working with The Glove- I believe he worked on the very first rap I ever heard (early Ice-T). He also did Phone Tap? That best alone makes him a legend.
I purchased the CD and Spotify exclusive green vinyl just for the f of it. I have a pretty large collection of Dre/Snoop/Death Row stuff so I wanted to add it to the collection. I have the rare Doggystyle green vinyl for the Xmas promo and a few other green vinyl releases so said why not! In the behind the scene Drink Champs stuff DJ Speed posted there is one track I really want to hear - you can hear it in this Reel: https://interscope.com/collections/snoop-dogg-missionary?srsltid=AfmBOoqCdsRsXib5ps-4o6kuIFD5ZrT0roGqk-w4cmS9kisMSd5zLj61I was debating the vinyl but had added it to my cart. I came back a few days later and it was no longer avail but since I had it in my cart I said F it and snagged it anyways! Like I said before, I really wished the team had gotten Joe Cool (RIP) to do the artwork years ago for the album. Why not have it a spin off the iconic 'Doggystyle' ya dig?Screenshot 2024-12-06 at 10.18.47 AM by J Dogg, on Flickr
