Outta Da Blue split opinions but right now for me, it’s one of my favourite from the album.

It takes while for everything going on to settle but it’s pretty good and fits with the album, Dre & Snoop back & Forth are pretty good on it too.

The release of the Instrumentals this early is good movie, on Hard Knocks instrumental now 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 dirrrrttyy.

Nah, the weakst song on the album is outta the blue. Still not bad song.

okay, its official (TO ME), this is the best snoop album over a decade.

really enjoyed to hear him rapin full verses, full tracks not just lazy lbc-dpgc abc rhymes again.

it is not g funk. not even funk (i can take this one), and not even gangsta (this is a bad thing to me).

the music, the sound is universal, not just westcoast. (this aint hurt my feelings)

I like the featurings, but all from dre, the big producer mogul and nutin from snoop and his camp. not a single dpgc or eastsidaz whats shocked me.

this year when lady of rage made a great verse, dogg pound made a proper album again, and rbx made one of the best albums of the year (mixin, masterint, sounding side at least) nobody on the record?!?! snoop made az ep for the eastsidaz and no tray deee?!?!

what the actual phuck?!

both man, the rapper and the producer are way, i mean waaaaaaaaaaaaaay over their prime, so the album aint gonna hurt my snoop top list, and not sure of my top 2024 list either.

too much ghostwriter on it for my top 10 list as i think now...

i'm not going to be a hater. these are my heroes.

there are few very good tracks like hard knocks, pressure, skyscrapers, sticcy situation, gangsta pose and the negotiator.

there are a few hits like last dance with mary jane, thank you, fire.

there are good fillers like another part of me, gunz n smoke, now or never.

only track that everybody here agreed commonly is thank you is kind of the song fans expected.

seems dre knows it either because, even while tracklist is annoced and there is 1 month left to the release, he decided to add "thank you".

so i am going to support this album, i want dre to feel courage and joy to release more projects.

just to throw a spanner in the works because people were talking about how it sounded different on some streaming services vs others.

there is something going on with different mastering or something because i just peeped the CD version which sounds dramatically different (better) to the HD digital versions I listened to previously. much less hot, less treble boosted. the singles that dropped before the album all sound the same as the cd version too. something is clearly up with the final master from when they added Thank You, something got fucked up along the way.

That’s crazy. Someone from the ICU needs to clear this up

you can compare the two versions and it's night and day. the one with less treble has more thump too, sounds much 'fuller' in the middle. the 'bad' version of Gorgeous actually overloaded my amp from excessive high frequencies.

and the people complaining about a lack of bass were right all along.

haha, they aren't going to do a massive recall on all the CDs.  Be realistic.

Again, they do it in the home video biz, why not the record biz? It's because there aren't enough people like me to try to create an uproar. And why is that? It's because most hip hop fans have given up on physical media and have moved instead to streaming. But then label execs shouldn't be mad about that move.

A free download, maybe....but that's not going to please anyone.  We all know where we can get a free download if we so desire.

And that's the problem. Once the proposition is to choose between paying for a product that you can get an exact duplicate of for free, most people are going to opt for the free version. That's just obvious. And that explains why the record biz is dieing. It's stupid decisions like these that have lead to the death of the record biz.

And don't get me wrong. NOBODY benefits from this death. Death = no money left = no budgets for good music = the state of the music today where a lot of it is garbage.
"Detox" is a myth -- Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monster, Area 51, Iraq having WMD, Detox...you get it now?  It was invented by the Aftermath marketing department to maintain the fans' attention.  Notice how everytime a new Aftermath album is ready to come out, they always mention Detox is next up?  Because they are using the invention of "Detox" as a way to market other albums.  The sooner you realize that Detox is NOT REAL, the sooner you'll feel liberated.  Oh yeah, f.u. Aftermath for fooling us fans.

This is why I'm waiting for my CD copy from Amazon before I listen to the album. Legit have only heard Gorgeous, Outta Da Blue, and Thank You so far. I'm avoiding spoilers.
