no it's not better. and it's funny but the only songs I like are outta da blue, gorgeous and the last minute of sticcy situation. The first 2 pieces that I mentioned are generally the ones that people who appreciate the CD don't like. Change gone comes is better than any missionary and I'm not talking about may i, head doctor, gangsta walk..... but apparently sting, jelly roll, coco sarai it's better than daz, kurupt, jewell, michel le, nanci fletcher 🤣 and once again I repeat if the album sucks, it's Dr. Dre's fault, not Snoop. apparently you say that the album was made for the world and not just for california and g-funk fans... but who was doggystyle made for? it didn't work all over the world??? R&G and Paid tha Coast didn't work all over the world? whats my name, ain t no fun, beautiful, lets get blown, ... What missionary sound is playing on the radios in the USA? in any case here in France none! even if we are no longer at the same time, Eminem was still on repeat during the release of Death Of Slim Shady...

Except it doesn't suck. It's not great but it's far from bad (pretty similar to Doggfather in that regard). But yeah, it's kinda funny how you have 2 of the worst songs from the album as your favorites   

However though, yeah I agree that this "the album is for the World, not the west" is a weak ass excuse. Snoop's music in general was always for the whole world, especially his '01-'09 run.

seems like whatever snoop or dre drops as solo artists, they cant do it like recent popular new generation rappers does.

they are too old to be "mainstream" again and be accepted by new generation or previous generation.

i guess people in aftermath/deathrow/interscope know that too, so they didnt promote the album enough.

that explains why dr. dre never released detox.

he is too old and out dated as a solo artist to release something can fuck with chronic and 2001.

They can still produce a nice body of work. They just didn't use the right formula for Missionary, in 2024, nobody cares about what Snoop has to say, but people will vibe to his stuff, groovy shit. He is all about vibes!
