"Pushin Rhymes Like Weight" was a great lead single to get everyone hype for the album.   Ya'll think he was bitin' Pac "Bomb First"?  I remember 96' when 7 Day Theory came out and it was still trendy to like rap at my school, "YEah, YEah" was the big catch phrase.

"How many niggas down to die for me? Yay-yay!
West Coast rider, comin' right behind ya
Should have never fucked with me
I want money, hoes, sex and weed
I won't rest until my road dog's free – bomb first!!"

Hardest shit on the streetz.  Pac actually was saying to Daryl Harper he hoped the album would go 1 time Platinum because the shit was hard he didn't know if the streets were ready.  Of course after Pac was murdered the hype surrounding anything 2pac was so large that the album was an instant success--even though it was supposed to be mysterious and underground originally.

I still think it would have sold because it was Pac but not to the extent that it did...i would love to see the updated sales figures for both AEOM and the 7 Day theory

Til We Rich with Krayzie Bone is still one of my all time favorite Cube songs, good cut from that album.

I was going to mention this joint too.  Very smooth joint and goes well for a lead single at the time—but not a banger on the level of “Push Rhymes Like Wieght”.

…the most notable track on the Peace disc those was the NWA reunion track “Hellow”.  It sounded like a Chronic 2001 leftover that Dre might’ve reworked a bit and they had that other nice joint for a soundtrack Next Friday that feat Snoop, “I’m gonna smoke who I wanna smoke, fucc that shit!”

NWA was performed on that show Soundfarm with Matt Pinfield and Eminem and Xzibit joined Dre for What’s the Difference… one of the great moments in the West Resurgence.

If only I hadn’t been such a doosh during that era I could’ve enjoyed it even more.  There was the mid-90’s West Coast run in my early teenage years when life couldn’t have been better—then the West Resurgence era where the music was great but I can’t look back on the same because I was a retard.

Peace disc I bought and only bumped the two singles.

Honestly Cube has never been a guy who I've listened to any of his albums all the way through.  There might be a big single that grabs me whether it's the shit he did with Westside Connection or Solo.  I'm sure I've just always been sleeping on his albums because probably a few of them you can bump front to back without skip but I've never really done that.
