I heard that EP. The only one that's kinda hard to me is Rag Tied. But na, this shit is weak to me. They killed it with those two albums back in 99 & 01. This don't sound shit like it. They too hard for those toy beats. I say if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just my 2 cents.

Finally got around to listening to this in full. I actually like this new funk sound that WAWG and this EP have.

Think it's a pretty decent EP

Really enjoy this EP, would love and support a full album.

Rag tied is my favorite song, I love those Rick Rock beats. Bangers.

I’m sorry, but you guys must be outta your minds if you aren’t feeling tracks like Hood Been Good, Watchin n Chillin and especially Groove Bacc.

This is a great EP and I wish they had fleshed it out into a whole album.

Enjoyed the EP sounds like a real different project then anything that has come out (consistent with the Dogg Pound album very West coast sound)

I was watching Tray Deee vlog for classic albums : he reminded people that a album like Tha Eastsidaz first one (even second) would now be worth more than a Million dollars for the budget with all the guest appearances and videos, promo and producers they had at the time with Snoop pulling the strings. A lot of the first album was a project snoop was calling in favors for doing guest appearances for some of the artist in exchange instead of payment
I mean the times of having all of them in one room is gone.  Even having Dre do the Intro for them was big at the time.   Deee has a dope podcast with Crook and Yac from Doggy’s Angels worth a check if your a fan of west coast albums and reviews …

Can you link to these vlogs? It sounds interesting.
"Detox" is a myth -- Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monster, Area 51, Iraq having WMD, Detox...you get it now?  It was invented by the Aftermath marketing department to maintain the fans' attention.  Notice how everytime a new Aftermath album is ready to come out, they always mention Detox is next up?  Because they are using the invention of "Detox" as a way to market other albums.  The sooner you realize that Detox is NOT REAL, the sooner you'll feel liberated.  Oh yeah, f.u. Aftermath for fooling us fans.

Yeah you can hear some really interesting stories. For example, Crooked I was intended to be on I Got Beef. But his car broke down on the 405 on the way to the studio.

Sounded exactly as i thought it would, it's a light set but it's got that west-coast flavour.

'Rag Tie' is the best of the bunch, that shit really knocks. Rick Rocked it!

'Hood Be Good To Me'' hook is based on an old reggae classic -

'Watch and Chillin' got En Vogue vibes -
