Why does Suge go off on Ray J?
« on: February 15, 2025, 01:27:25 PM »
I watched Ray J’s Vlad interview and Ray J didn’t say shit.

It was a boring interview and Ray J just said like everything that happened at Death Row was a blur.  He gave props to Suge and to Danny Boy and didn’t really say anything interesting because at the end of the day Ray J is just Brandy’s little brother and the guy who slept with Kim Kardashian.

But Suge tears into this cat something serious.  And I love Suge, and never was a fan of Ray J, so I thoroughly enjoyed it — but when I went back to listen to what Ray J said I didn’t find anything to piss Suge off.  What did I miss?

I didn't catch that, and Ray J is too boring for me to listen again (like I said his only notable achievements are being Brandy's little brother, Snoop's cousin, and fuccing Kim Kardashian).  The part I caught it was like he was giving Suge props and I interpreted it as Suge giving artists confident and energy and making the music harder, more gangsta, better, successful (though not very well articulated by Ray J).

My problem with Ray J is like the guy has been givin everything.  You are Brandy's brother.  Suge reaches out and shows you love when you are just a young teenager you get to hang with Death Row in it's prime, for not other reason then being Brandy's brother, Snoop's cousin, and from L.A. in the area where all the key players were.

That said, I didn't see that he said anything bad/wrong.

Suge is accusing everyone of homosexuality.  Most recently with Art he's accusing Ray J of being gay with Danny Boy, and he's accusing Quincy Jones of trying to sleep with 2pac.  Both could be true, or could just be playing dozens and Suge's usual shit talking.  Now, it's up to Danny Boy will probably come out and confirm or deny the Ray J thing.

no, I considered purchasing the subscription, it's like 8 dollars a month.  Is it worth it?  What did Ray J say about Suge that we missed?

Suge isn't the only one making those claims against Ray. Nicki Manji recently made them in her live she had with him

and on The Danza Project, Woody and the host seem to hint at it as well.

A few years back Danny said something about Ray J but I can't remember what or the source. I'm not sure if he accused him but it did have something to do with gayness.

Ray is/was also a businessman in the electronics market and helped to pioneer reality television. I'll go as far as to say that he's done way more than Brandy career wise. The Brandy's brother thing was only valid like twenty years ago.

The reason I mentioned the full interview is because you just saw some clips but Suge may be responding to things said in the full interview that you haven't seen yet because it's only members. After you see the full convo, it will probably make more sense.

As a writer, historian, investigator, someone who stands for the truth,  interview connoisseur; Vlad's interviews aren't worth watching for the most part imo, let alone paying for. I unsubscribed a long time ago and stopped watching him but here lately I have watched some.

Now Suge is saying the point where Ray J crossed the line was when he recorded Suge.  I guess that means he recorded Suge one time without Suge knowing it and Ray J used it.  But when and for what was that?
