I'd love it to be IV Life... but I think maybe their time will be a little further away... shade sheist/baby ree etc.. may be the best hope this year.

i'll vote iv life anyways since they arent a choice :)

213 & Dogghouse, Baby Ree with NUNE, Shade, and Damizza's production, LA Confidential, Roscoe, the cats from the IE area like Stank... and Sly of course, with Sway & Tech he has two powerful cats behind his back even if he had zero promotion for the new album..thats about it, Id say these are the artists with the ability to make some noise for West Coast rap

Tha Row & Crooked I   =  Tha row had their chance when crooked I was hot. Disfunktional Album was Suges attempt at copying Murder Incs success, but failed. Crooked I is getting worse every song he does and everything row put out flops. Lets take it, 2Pac, Snoop and Dre made Deathrow, without them nobody gives a fuck about um.

Knoc-Turnal   =  Hell nah, he is just Dr Dre's left off. Not a bad MC but no way can he create a movement.

213 - Warren, Snoop Etc   =  MY CHOICE AND GOOD CHOISE! .... As long as its a WESTCOAST ALBUM and Snoop doesnt make a Paid the cost to be da boss PART2

IV Life Records = MY 2ND CHOICE, It all depends on their 1st major and how well it does. But with Dj Slip and Tray Dee 2 of the westcoasts VETs I would say these cats. they are real ass niggas too, respected in the streets.
 
Tha Realest & 2Real  =  Hell nada, he lost his man-hood with "Fuck Hollywood". He wont even bring himself back, let alone the whole Westcoast

DJ Quik & Amir  =  Quik maybe, if he stays doing Gangsta, Amir no...
