He has it up for sale on his site but it says sold out. Whether or not it was ever for sale, I can't say. The same thing happened with the last one, then it was for sale for quite a while, then it again said sold out, and now it's for sale again.

No, the Syke track was sampled.  And the Ital Joe track was leftover lyrics.  Bo Roc was new vocals.

Probably, but it's a weird one. If someone comes to your site ready to buy it, better to close the sale than hope on them getting FOMO and coming back. What are you going to do, buy two copies on your next trip? Probably not.
