im sure even if you ask daz he will tell a different story every time, depends who he is beefing with, if he is on coke or something.we can agree dogg pound is daz and kurupt but its not even sure all the time, look at the "cali iz active" album from the dogg pound, snoop is on the cover (and its not a snoop dogg presents project), he features on a lot of songs but not credited on the back cover (and other features are).and for a short time the dogg pound was not daz and soopafly after the kurupt beef ? like a really really short time.
Have you guys ever rolled around L.A. with RBX bumpin “Remember Me” with X in the passenger seat? Would be kind of funny if I pulled up a red light and heard the song from the car pulled next to me and looked to the left and saw RBX bobbin his head to it. Or it would be funny if X asked for directions from the car next to him as his verse was playing.
I knew this was coming as soon as I saw Sccit mention RBX as the final authority on DPG As for your other comment about DOC. Dre is the one that Snoop would fall back on. Dre put Snoop on. Snoop put DPG on. Dre made Snoop. Snoop was in jail for nearly a year before Dre. Of course Dre was a seperate click, and even a different generation than DPG, so it doesn’t really apply to this discussion. But Snoop is the alpha-male, he’s Jordan, he’s Hulk Hogan, the only person that Snoop has to bow to is Dre.
Has anyone verified whether or not D.O.C. was doing background vocals on the song Made N@@@@Z saying "can you feel me" at 1:06?
Are we really debating on who the DPG is exactly in 2025?
Are we really debating on who the DPG is exactly in 2025? They don't know themselves Daz changes his opinion on everything frequently...I don't know how some of you have the headspace to discuss such menial things lol
i've never heard that rumor. Once Dre left Death Row, i don't think DOC was around. I've never heard Pac talk about DOC in any interviews or songs. DOC was always one of Dre's guys, besides that brief period when they had their falling out.
Exactly, that's what i keep saying, it's an impossible thing to ascertain....but there is someone on here who swears FACTUALLY that he knows who every member is and their designation, moreso than the members themselves and will go out of his way to correct them as well, embarrassing himself further in the process I agree it's laughable.
It’s an interesting rumor. I doubt it, although, remember there is that backstory about Atlanta and MC Breed connection and something about Pac and DOC both being homies with MC Breed or something like that, maybe Andre Rison is connected somehow—but Atlanta is outside my expertise.
There is some connection that way, as Pac and Breed were tight in the early 90's, with them collaborating on a few songs together around that time. Then in 1994, DFC, who Breed was tight with, released the album "Things In Tha Hood" and The DOC did produce Digga Bigga Ditch off that album. Also Warren G did 3 joints as well. Pac was also messing with Warren G at that time too (Definition of a Thug Nigga). So, I have no doubt DOC and Pac crossed paths around then. I've just never heard Pac mention anything about DOC, good or bad....so i'm not sure how close they were or if they were tight. By the time Pac got to Death Row, I think DOC might've already been out of the picture beefing with Dre around 95, as he took those Helter Skelter beats when he left. So he might not have even crossed paths with Pac in 95 on Death Row. But I don't think there's any possible way DOC would've lent any sort of vocals to a 2Pac song made in 96 on Death Row Records. None of the timelines match up. Unless it was a leftover line from a demo mix done earlier potentially, again, extremely doubtful.
dre was around when i got my mind made up was in the works there's a story about pac gettin mad at dre because dre told pac he produced it when he first played it for pac with the daz vocals on there then daz told dre that he was the one who did the beat n pac was infuriated
