Compararing Matrix - Matrix 2

Matrix was a pretty good movie... but considering that the storyline is completly STOLEN i cant give it any credit...

Matrix 2 had a bad storyline. maby because because there were no book named Matrix2 to steal the plot from.... the martial art scenes were HORRIBLE... enybody who've... and i can understand that, cuz Reeves is no martial artist. The only combinations he were using were punches and lock kicks. Since im a martial art fan (seen every bruce lee, jet li, jackie chan ... ... movies), i couldt appreciate the low ammount of skills that were shown in the movie. check any jet li movie, that man does it 50 times better with no effects.  

the only thing i could appreciate in matrix 2 was the 3d modulation.

where is the story stolen from?

matrix was a NEW thang. every lousy effect was SPECIAL UNIQUE and AMAZING.

matrix 2 was full of effects but.. well... they annoy after a time.

watch the film again man and I suggest that you actually watch it.  The fight scenes where amazing, I have seen all of Jackie chans films and shit but I still appreciated the fight scenes in this film.  You wanna see bruce lee go and watch enter the dragon, you wanna see Chan go watch Rush hour you wanna see Jet go and watch a  jet movie.  Just because it wasn't the stuff you where use to watching doesn't mean that you shouldent of enjoyed the fight scenes.  Yes you could tell that some of em where fake and yes you could sit there and go he could never do that, but thats the point of course he could never do that.  You think Keanu can fly? lol.  

The film was alway set out to be different from the rest, to set something totally new as like THE MATRIX and for me it did.  Everything about the film was amazing and just because you can't appreciate the storyline because it was to complex for you doesn't mean you should try and act as if the movie sucked for everyone.  Basically because you didnt get the film, understand, and enjoy it doesnt mean everyone else in the world did.

Everything about the film was so unique and original.  Go and watch it again bud and I suggest this time that you dont fall asleep in your popcorn.

my point is that a movie is not DOPE only cuz it got a "unike and/or complex storyline"....

i would give "matrix 2" 3.5-3.9 outta 5
