It's not a big diss, but Domino was originally supposed to be the MC for Foesum because they said at the time he was the best rapper in LBC, but he didn't want to do it cause he felt that he would be better off on his own.  So Foesum, Snoop, and the twinz did the track Let em understand Perfection in which they diss domino, and this line just pretty much furthers that diss.
