The issue with posting from your phone is an apostrophe. As long as you do not use any apostrophes in your post, it works fine. Otherwise you get that error posting from your phone.

I just tried the word dont with the apostrophe and got the error. Tried to put the word in quotations just now and got an error too. Posting with safari browser.

I have trouble posting with my Iphone using Safari as well

Yup. Apostrophes and quotation marks are the issue with iphone users.
