Just when you heard it all from my dad (I mean Daz) he comes with something else... Now, along with being Snoop's cousin, somehow this guy's mom was also a singer with a some under the radar hits like this one really ain't that bad for the era... though I could of sworn in other interviews he said it was his Aunt who was the signed recording artist (not his mom)

Then he comes with this Janet story, and DAMMIT Vlad don't know enough about Death Row to come with the proper follow up and make the connection, "and then years later your first recording as the Dogg Pound was for Poetic Justice starring Janet and Pac!?!" That's a big story right there if you line all that up.  Did he ever go up to Janet years later like, "hey we got pictures as kids!"

To be fair, just because a song is on a movie soundtrack does not mean the artist would have interacted with any of the actors or were on set or anything. That song was not recorded specifically for Poetic Justice, it was just submitted to be used. I am sure Daz did not have any interaction with Janet at the time regardless if his song was on the soundtrack or not.
