I d0nt have th Blueprint CD, did they credit him on the Watcher 2?

No.
Writers credited is A.Young, S.Carter & W.Griffen, meaning that Dre produced it, and either Dre, Jay or Rakim wrote Truth Hurts part..
And that Jay-Z or Rakim wrote Dre's part.

Dre could have written Hittmans part, as I know Dre writes some choruses from time to time, but Jigga could also have written the chorus.

Anyone know where I can git this song in full?

mIRC, channel #bay2la or #oneworldrap
Mixtape called "VA-DJ_Jam_Presents_W_Ballz-(2003)-2CD-OWR"

Can anyone mix this tune with the Watcher 2 track? I'm interested in making a 'professional' remix with Jay, Snoop, Dre, Rakim, Hittman & Truth...

I'm gonna give it a shot, probably later on though.  I'm going to email Ben Baller and ask him what's up with this

That would be doooope..
Btw.. this is definately Hittman, for those who doubt it.

An email i just received from Dj Ben Baller:

that is from the Original Watcher Part II.
the Jay Z version was a new bullshit version.

even though Jay Z is my boy, the OG version
was hotter to me,....

and yes Hittman is spitting that verse.....
he also has an unreleased version that Jam ain't
got with HITT spitting a 16 bar verse after
Rakims Rhyme.....

and naw, not a chance you will be getting a clean
copy from me.  there was major drama in our camp
to the guy who released and bootlegged HITT's shit
early...

peace and thanks for your interest.

So that makes 3 versions of the Watcher 2 :o:
Jay-Z Version
The Original Version
The Version with Hittman adding a 16 bar verse at the end
4 if you count the Watcher 3
