does anyone know if Knoc is making any money off that song Muzik? it's almost everywhere in a small way

it was on a movie soundtrack

it's used in sports now, i heard it at least 5 times during the nba playoffs

it is used on MTV as background music for everything from the real world/road rules/that surf show/ect

it was used on that UPN show with sticky fingaz for promotion

it's pretty much used as if it was a HUGE hit single (which it wasn't) to sell and promote shit......does anyone know if knoc is getting money off this?

i was going to make a topic about something similar to this...i hardly listen to the radio, but when i do, they play a westcoast beat in the back round when the dj's run there mouths...this happens like 7/10 times....like the other day, it was a jayo felony beat....but will they play the song? hell no....so there's got to be some conspiracy with the radio stations

yeah i noticed that too man! like everyonce in a while when i'll listen to the rap station.....i mean r&bitch stations...lol. they always have background music going during the time when the dj is running their mouths. and it's always a dope song......but they'll NEVER play it.

never really noticed this, but now you say it... elektra is prolly getting much more money from it than knoc though.

Artists get what is called royalties for these things, of course his label will get a cut too but this is stipulated in his contract so we will never know how much but there is definatly money being exchanged
