i can tell you like this:

when it comes to producing a beat, finding good tunes, adding dope pianoaccords, strings and many other things, i do think that when im doing my best, i can give dre some competition

but when it comes to "mastering the instruments/beats" (editing the instruments, adding reverb, compressing the drums, eq:ing the piano and many other techiqual stuff),  dre is waaaay above me, and what makes a beat professional is the way you "master" it . im sure you've learned all that at you musical academy jake... since you're always quick to speak

look at eminem for example, he's realy nothing more than an avreage producer, but with dre's help, his beats are being puched to the maximum... i can promise you that i got beats that really could knock out many other beats, if i had the right persons working with me, and thats what its al about, having educated people around..

right now im trying to learn how to master beats on a proper and professional way .. those who've been followin my beats for a while have noticed...

i can atleast say that my beats are "good enough" to sell, even though the price isnt high since im new at this....
