He might be a contender for the best lyricist on the planet but he sure is far from the best MC on the planet.

Anyways...I downloaded it but I didn't get track 6 in my pack.  Did this happen to anyone else?

And this mixtape is nothing special.  The Lt. Dan one is better.

i think its sad how underappreciated ras is at this board. if you go to non-west coast boards they all have so much respect for him yet at this place nobody even knows who the fuck he is

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

A month or two ago, the CD Promo single "R.A.S." was released, and this release is basically named after that one.. and he also released that Lt. Dan mixtape too..
This mixtape was really planned to be named "Catch me if you can", again based on the CD Promo single with the very same name.. and there was also a EP as a preview for it..
Shit's confusing, but Ras keeps his name out there, and that's what counts..  8)

I don't think there is anybody on the West that can fuck with Ras's vocabulary.. his actual topics is another thing though..
