Northen Cal and San Diego are keepin the west alive...

thanks to The Bay and Sac areas...and San Diego...the West Coast is still droppin quality on semi-mainstream level...L.A. is dictated by 2 people...Snoop and Dre...and they aint done shit for L.A. lately...Strong Arm Steady and Sly Boogy are gettin known...but they aint gettin that much love...aside from that L.A. is just horrible right now...the Bay...u got JT droppin quality shit...E-40 bout to drop quality...Nickatina...San Quinn...E-A-Ski...and so many others...up in Sac...C-Bo and Lynch are keepin it hot up there...San Diego...Mitchy Slick..Ecay...Damu...theyre droppin hot shit too...think about it...San Diegos scene for (black) rap is just comin up...this year alone theyve dropped alotta better projects than L.A. has...Northen Cali always go their shit poppin...so pretty much this post is sayin....L.A. needs to pick it up cuz theyre at the bottom of the ladder....

Mack 10´s compilation is one of the best releases this year so far and there´s some good shit in the works coming soon so LA should be back on top at the end of this year.

^^^^Yeah, I hope so...and with albums like the new Westside Connection...LA should be back in the spotlight I think...

Yeah, I agree. The shit that's been coming out of San Diego & the Bay has been real tight but alot of people still don't pay any attention to it.

How do you figure?  Ras Kass hasn't dropped an album in almost 5 years and DPG hasn't really done shit, Snoop and Daz's last albums aren't very good.

But yah, Mitchy bout to blow up soon i think. that XXL album is sponsered by tha magazine i think. He got that song on tha 1st album wit Xzibit, and he performed down at tha 50 concert in SD. And anything wit Damu on it iz off tha chain. He puttin in work, lass time i bought a Mitchy CD that muhafucka was out in tha parkin lot at Fanbam hustlin.

Funny thing is, San Diego artist seem tah work wit Bay Area artists...more then they do wit LA artists. U got muhafuckaz like 40 and Luni Coleone all OVA Daygo CD's. Im pushin fah these foolz fah real...they been grindin for a minute, but itd be nice tah see tha shit pay off...n put SD up on tha map on sum real shit.

Yall really needa peep that XXL Handgunnerz album frum Mitch, plus that Triggeration Station...both of em bangin.  ;)
