I'd say DJ Quik based purely on consistency. Ive never heard a wack song by him yet.

Cube could be, but he needs to make focus on music.

The most complete rapper is Xzibit, followed by Ice Cube and MC Ren.

Best lyricist is another thing though.. the best lyricist on the West is Ras Kass, followed by Sly Boogy, Crooked I, Planet Asia and maybe a few others..


But these polls are quite uninteresting on this board.. Snoop would win just about every poll in the main forum, even best producer..  8)

Btw, the list seems pretty biased..

i still say ice cube, yeah his last two cd's were sub par but if y'all can live off of snoop cause his first 2 cd's were good, i can say the same for cube because his first 4 cds were dope. plus any of the last appearances he's made were on fire.

man we all know the most complete rapper on that list is snoop, 10 yrs in the game still sellin plat and thats cuz his also he most versatile rapper the west got to, great achievement........best lyricist is ras, some of the shit he spits gets me thinkin, the fuck.......xzibit  is my personal fav along with snoop, ice n mc ren but his problem is his not versatile enough to sound sick over anything, needs certain things in a beat to make him good, but in his advantage his lyrics can be great at times.......havent been up2 par lately but usually still top notch and when he spits you usually listen......ice cube has been in the movies lately so i cant say much about him until his next joint comes along, n mc ren never dissapoints but i wanna see if he can still carry a whole joint...........

overall id giv it 2 snoop for his overall thing.....but i think other niggaz like xzibit, cube ren ras and so on deserve a big mention, thers alot of talent on the west, but its common knowledge snoop is holdin it down for the west right now..........he the only nigga to go plat in ages for the west tells the whole story.......only other nigga sellin on the west without dre n cube puttin out cds is xzibit and his last album only went gold, shits fucked up
