coz thats gonna collide with snoop's other release "213 - the hard way" , even though its being released on geffen/interscope and tha eastsidaz album being on TVT.
if you released it sooner,... the sales could be higher coz it wouldnt have competition from 213, coz it could tarnish sales of both albums if not done so
