Well for all yall that are either confused or just don't know, that IS DMX and did he say that on his original lyrics of "Get at Me Dog"  That wasn't a freestyle you heard, it was written lyrics.(For whoever heard it on the radio)  He was gonna keep 2pac's name in the song, but after Pac died he put K-Solo's (Redman's brother) name in his place.  So he DIDN'T diss a dead man.

Hmm. DMX was my fav in 98. I am sure we woulda heard more about it if he had dissed the west, but if it really was him then he's lucky nobody really knows about it
