i'd say the top 3 in my opinion are

1.Warren G & Nate Dogg (nobody does it better is one of my favorite tracks of all time)

2.Daz & Kurupt (have great chemistry on the mic together...)

3.Snoop & Dre (make dope music and all...but i think as rappers they are a bit overrated...but still most of the stuff they do together is a classic)
