I just got mine in the mail the other day.  I have only given it one listen through, and aside from a few songs I think it is complete crap.  Worse than the first crappy mixtape.  Good lord what the hell is happening to doggystyle records?  a year ago they had such the allstar lineup, and seemed like the best label.  I have wanted a 213 record for years and now I am finally going to get it, I hope that  when I do hear it I am not gonna wish that it dropped because it was so crappy.

thats my thoughts

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Yeah exactly... I actually liked the first one a fair bit... but the second one isn't to great, there's a few dope tracks though...

The first mixtape was bangin.  Im still bumpin it right now.  Snoops flows are the best in a long while.  In fact, Id rather bump vol1 more than his last album.  Besides so fly, vol2 is kinda weak.  Im not feeling E White at all and hes on a gang of tracks.  That goes for vol1 1 as well.  His flow is boring to me.  There are a couple of tracks to listen too though.  One love with Nate is hot.  "This is the way we pimp" is bangin.  Maybe some others ...

Not as good as Vol.1, but there are some better standout tracks on Vol. 2
