No one can ever know this. However, Pac didn't just hate on people for no good reason. They either had to diss him, disrespect him non-directly, or just be a total bitch.

the whole beef with biggy what pac pullin shit out of his ass against b.i.g., then biggy asked him what the fuck that was for and pac exactly responded, 'im just tryin to sell records man'.. now there both dead.. what the fuck did that lead to..

em has too much respect for pac and mentions him too much in his songs for pac to hate him.. em is pretty much scared of gangsters anyway

Yeah but think about it...Pac is dead, and Eminem has only been rappin with respect about him because he is dead and has a grip of fans. If Pac was alive Em wouldn't be rappin about him the same way.
