The 2Pac mixtape was a good one, but I liked Mr. Cynikal's mixtape a lot more actually...they should've given him an award, lol.

yeah - that whole 'never scared' track ruined it for me on the pac mixtape

I personally thought Biggie Smalls Rap Phenomenon was better than the 2Pac version.  But Oh Well.

damn I remember back in fuckin' 8th grade I got both Rap Phenomenon mixtapes and I still own them

the Biggie one was dope but the 2Pac one is probably the best and only blends mixtape I'll ever fuck with  8)
