why is it that the hottest topics on this board are always brought down to the level of a race argument? white people always saying "why do black people talk shit about us?" and black people always saying "you people have fucked us over for years."

the fact is, we're all racist. i don't give a shit who you are, what you do, or who your friends are - we all have racial stereotypes ingrained in our thought process. and the virtue that separates us from the real fucked up 'racist' people, is that we choose to ignore our stereotypes and bias'.

now i know i'm gonna get a lot of shit for posting this post, and writing something accusing EVERYONE of being racist; but our topics and posts are proof. plus, everyone has something against someone else. whether it be cuz they are fat. or ugly. or black. or white. or asian.

i'm racist. but what separates me from a KKK member is that i don't think it's something i hold against someones character. for example - i hate how black people are loud in big groups - but i also hate how white people are louder when black people are not around. black people are 'so cool.' white people act like black people when black people are not around.

hell, i'm white. i have a black girlfriend. i don't wear fubu and i look like a skater. i listen to 'black music'. i listen to 'white music'. what the fuck is the difference? and as for standing up for my race - i don't need to. people are going to think whatever the hell they want to think of my race no matter what i say. i just know that i'm a pretty good dude and try to be fair whenever race issues come up.

Yea, I agree a little bit, we're all a little racist.  It's just because we're proud of who we are, I guess.  That's why I generally don't argue about it, I can understand how a black man thinks he's better than me.

i agree with cuzz who started this topic,we all have our little prejudice ways,thats  fact,but my gripe is when i see some white cats on here make comments like "we are all equal now, and that don't happen to blacc people no more,and blaccs don't know about any other music except for r&b and hip hop" yo to me thats the stupidest shit right there,how can a white person say that without truly experiencing that,thats pure ignorance. when i came on this board i did think the majority of cats on here was blacc,but when i learned that was not true,it didn't bother me,i still felt like so what yall cool as fucc,cats talk about topics and everybody voice there opinions on them without a problem,but once something dealing with race came up,thats were things went sour,all i say is do your homework,and don't just think because something on the surface looks good,it doesn't have no problems, as human beings we are equals,but in our society,we are not,and the only way we can make it better is to learn from each other.  If you don't know something that took place in someone's or some other race's history,ask them about it,that goes for everybody,and if you make a stupid comment (we all make em),don't be too fuccin high and mighty to apologize yell
